Edsa Shangri-La, Manila’s Summer Palace introduces two new dining experiences: an innovative lobster menu and exciting dim sum daily pairings from the restaurant known for meetings, gatherings, and special occasions.

Crafted by Chef BoonHoe Bun, Summer Palace’s lobster lineup features an array of new signature dishes that highlight the flavors and tender textures of this prized seafood. New favorites include the wok-fried lobster, Bi Feng Tang style, a delectable dish cooked in a crunchy layer of garlic and breadcrumbs with chilies and bell peppers, and the braised lobster noodles in superior sauce, featuring silky rice noodles enveloping sweet, succulent lobster meat. Rates start at P4,100+.

Savor innovative dim sum delights
Summer Palace presents paired dim sum creations, offering guests two distinct dim sum dishes each day of the week. Each pairing is meticulously crafted to provide a delightful and varied dining experience in every bite.

Embark on new epicurean adventures with Summer Palace’s dim sum special, with rates starting at P280 net per dish. Here’s a sneak peek of their weekly menu:

Monday

  • Deep-fried glutinous rice dumplings with Kurobuta pork (黑豚肉咸水饺)
  • Steamed fish maw with chicken rolls (蒸鱼肚鸡卷)

Tuesday

  • Baked chicken pie topped with baby abalone (鮑魚仔焗雞派)
  • Steamed rainbow shrimp dumplings with foie gras (彩虹鹅肝虾饺)

“Our rotating menu allows us to continuously surprise and delight our guests,” shares Chef Andy Liew, dim sum expert at Summer Palace. “Each day brings a different pairing to the table, making every visit to Summer Palace a fun and unique culinary adventure.”
