Anti-drugs drive nets 13 suspects, P781,000 shabu in Bulacan
Bulacan police's anti-drugs operations led to the arrest of 13 suspects and confiscation of P781,870 worth of shabu on Tuesday, August 6.

According to the police report, eight sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 100 grams valued at P680,000, and the buy-bust money were confiscated in an entrapment operation launched by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Plaridel Police.
The buy-bust in Barangay Parulan conducted at about 1:19 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, resulted in the arrest of three suspects identified as alias Andy, alias Rolly, and alias Empoy, all tagged as watch-listed drug personalities.
Ten more drug peddlers were nabbed in separate buy-bust operations conducted by SDEUs of San Miguel, Sta. Maria, Meycauayan, Norzagaray, Angat, Pulilan, and Bulakan Police Stations.
Thirty-four sachets of suspected shabu worth around P101,870 were confiscated during the operation.
The arrested suspects and confiscated evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for examination.
Appropriate criminal complaints against the suspects were being prepared for filing in court, police said. (Freddie Velez)
