Wanted for cases of acts of lasciviousness, American arrested in Angeles City

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – A 60-year-old American is facing charges for multiple counts of acts of lasciviousness after he was arrested by authorities in Angeles City, early Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

 

The arrest of the American stemmed from a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Constantino Faller Esber of the Regional Trial Court of Caibiran, Biliran.

 

He was cited for four cases of acts of lasciviousness, and his bail was set at P200,000.

 

 

"This successful apprehension underscores the dedication and collaboration of our police units in upholding justice and ensuring public safety within our community," stated Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) Director Brig. Gen. Jose S Hidalgo Jr.
