Heart Evangelista's mom changes tack on daughter's marriage to Chiz Escudero

Cecile Ongpauco hogged headlines years back making it known she doesn't like the idea of daughter Heart Evangelista marrying Chiz Escudero.

Many thought she wouldn't change her mind on the matter, ever.

But she did.

Apparently, she has learned to accept the idea.

In fact, she is now only too willing to heap praise on their marriage.

Making a rare public appearance via Heart's vlog, Cecile told both, "You know what I like about your marriage? You allow each other to grow. You don't stunt her growth."

"You don't cramp her style. I think that's what's good about their marriage. He allows her to grow, mature on her own," she added.
