The Social Security System (SSS) offices within the National Capital Region (NCR)-Plus bubble will continue operating on a skeleton workforce following the extension of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

In an advisory Sunday, April 4, SSS said its main office, SSS Makati Building, and all SSS branches in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will be operating with a skeleton workforce.
Members were urged to use digital platforms such as the My.SSS portal SSS Mobile App. Mandatory online transactions include member registration, enrollment of accounts, updating of member data, loans, and benefits.
However, for transactions not available online, a no-contact dropbox system will be implemented during operating hours of 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Instead of over-the-counter payment of contributions and loans through SSS Tellering Branches, members are advised to use the following electronic channels:
- Mobile Facilities, such as Bayad Centers, Gcash, and iRemitX
- My.SSS
- Internet banking
- SSS Mobile App
- Through the Bank's Web Facility
- E-Gov Bancnet
The NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will remain under ECQ until April 11 as coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases continue to spike.
