The 10th PIMS opens with strong turnout, highlights diverse mobility showcase
17 global automotive brands, future mobility technologies, and immersive experiences under one roof

The 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), organized by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI), officially opened at the World Trade Center Metro Manila, welcoming thousands of visitors on its first day and marking the start of the country's premier celebration of mobility, innovation, and automotive culture.
Celebrating its milestone 10th edition, PIMS returns under the theme "Forward in Every Drive," highlighting how the automotive industry continues to evolve through a broader range of mobility solutions that are more efficient, connected, and future-ready for Filipino consumers.
Driving innovation forward together
The opening ceremony gathered automotive executives, government representatives, industry stakeholders, partners, media, and automotive enthusiasts in a shared commitment to advancing the future of mobility in the Philippines.

During his keynote speech, Guest of Honor Director, Patrick Aquino, CESO III of the Department of Energy's Energy Utilization and Management Bureau, underscored the importance of sustained collaboration between government and industry through platforms such as PIMS.
He also highlighted the event's role in bringing together key stakeholders, saying, “Over the past decade, the PIMS has served as an important platform for showcasing innovation, fostering industry engagement, and highlighting the continuing evolution of the Philippine automotive sector. This year’s theme, ‘Forward in Every Drive,’ appropriately captures the direction in which the mobility sector is moving: toward innovation, greater efficiency, and smarter approaches to meeting the country’s growing transportation needs.”

Echoing this vision of innovation and collective progress, CAMPI President, Jing Atienza, emphasized the automotive industry's commitment to shaping a more inclusive and responsive future during his opening remarks. “Through collaboration and shared progress, the 10th PIMS showcases how the industry continues to push boundaries while shaping a future that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of Filipinos,” he said.
Day 1 highlights showcase the future of mobility
Across the exhibition halls, participating brands unveiled their latest vehicle offerings, mobility technologies, and interactive experiences, drawing strong interest from visitors throughout opening day.
Seventeen automotive brands are participating in this year's show: Suzuki, Isuzu, Nissan, MG, Toyota, Mitsubishi Motors, Jetour, BAIC, Chery, Kia, Omoda and Jaecoo, Foton, Geely, Honda, Subaru, VinFast, and Tesla.
Brand pavilions transformed the show floor into immersive destinations featuring vehicle displays, technology demonstrations, interactive activities, and hands-on experiences that allowed visitors to engage directly with the latest automotive innovations.
PIMS also featured its aftermarket and lifestyle section, bringing together exhibitors offering car care products, accessories, performance upgrades, technology solutions, and lifestyle merchandise. Automotive communities and owner groups from participating brands likewise gathered throughout the day, highlighting the passion and community spirit that continue to fuel the local automotive scene.
Visitors also took advantage of event-exclusive promotions, financing packages, test drive opportunities, and special offers available only during the four-day show. The event was presented in partnership with BPI and Motul.
