Concentrix unveils iX360 and new GBF Tower site, bolstering Philippines as global hub for intelligent solutions

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader and the Philippines’ largest private employer, recently unveiled iX360, its immersive experience center for intelligent solutions. The launch coincided with the opening of its newest operations site at GBF Tower 2, marking a significant milestone in strengthening the Philippines’ position as a premier hub for innovation, digital transformation, and integrated business excellence.
The dual launch, themed “iX360 and GBF Site: Digital Journeys Reimagined,” reflects Concentrix’s continued investment in the country. The initiative brings together advanced technology, purposeful design, and a world-class work environment to empower Filipino talent in delivering intelligent experiences at scale. The event was attended by key partners from the national and local government, including the DICT, PEZA, TESDA, and the Quezon City LGU, as well as industry associations like CCAP, IBPAP, and the Fintech Alliance. Private sector partners, including Robinsons Land Corporation and Philippine Airlines, also joined the celebration.
New way to experience innovation
At the heart of the launch is iX360, a next-generation environment where clients and employees can explore, co-create, and witness solutions powered by advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. More than a traditional showcase, iX360 enables organizations to engage directly with the technologies shaping the future of customer experience—effectively bridging the gap between strategy and execution through immersive, real-world simulations.
Expanding operations: The workplace of the future
Complementing iX360 is the new Concentrix site at GBF Tower in Quezon City. Spanning seven floors and nearly 20,000 square meters, the facility represents an investment of approximately PHP 2 billion. As the company's 52nd site in the Philippines, the GBF Tower location houses nearly 4,000 employees, sustaining Concentrix's status as the nation’s largest private employer. These teams support a diverse global clientele across industries such as FinTech, Digital Media, Education, Retail, Travel, Wellness, and Utilities.
The site is designed to be a modern, dynamic workplace equipped with comprehensive amenities including a gym, a wellness clinic, and recreational areas. To support the well-being of its staff, the facility also features multiple pantries, sleeping quarters, and shower rooms.

The launch centers on a vital message: AI and human potential are not competing forces, but powerful enablers of one another. Through its iX360 experience and expanded operations, Concentrix underscores its belief that technology should amplify human capability to drive both business growth and meaningful career opportunities.
