Dagupan City launches P20 rice on May 4

The Dagupan City government is selling P20 per kilo rice starting May 4 at the city plaza.
The initiative is aligned with the program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
Priority sectors are senior citizens, solo parents, Persons with Disabilities, farmers, fisherfolk, and transport drivers.
To ensure fair distribution, beneficiaries were required to present valid IDs such as Office for Senior Citizen’s Affairs, Solo Parent, PWD, 4Ps, farmer’s, fisherfolk certification, and transport-related IDs.
Mayor Belen Fernandez said the project seeks to provide affordable rice to people and urged beneficiaries to arrive early to facilitate smooth distribution.
