CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – Four individuals drowned while swimming in on Good Friday in three provinces in Southern Luzon.
Police identified the victims as Jacob Naguit, 39; Rodemar Magtubo, Ruffa Mae Quinto, 22, and Francis F. Pasamba, 31.
Naguit drowned at Jarina Brion Resort in San Pablo City, Laguna; Magtubo on a river in Barangay Alipit, Santa Cruz, Laguna; Quinto in a private pool in Barangay Bilogo, Taysan, Batangas, and Pasamba at Coco Pier in Atimonan, Quezon.
The Police Regional Office 4-A said they were all declared dead on arrival in the hospitals where they were brought by rescuers.
