The local government of Cainta has started to prepare the list of all the senior citizens residing in the town who would be next in line in the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccination program of the local government.

Cainta Mayor Johnielle ‘Kit’ Nieto, in an announcement on his Facebook page, said the town’s seniors, numbering to 37,478 are encouraged to verify if their names are included in the municipal government’s list of registered senior citizens by checking their names through the link: https://tinyurl.com/onecaintaseniors
Nieto said there are 34,478 senior citizens registered with the municipal government who are next to be inoculated when the vaccines become available.
In his post on Facebook, Nieto said, in the LGU's list of registered senior citizens, the elderly should first check the barangay where he or she resides, then under that, look for their names on the list, and take note of the assigned number next to their name.
The seniors are also advised to wait for the announcement of the municipal government as to where, and when will be the schedule of the inoculation.
Mayor Nieto said senior citizens whose names are not on the list should not panic and instead call the following numbers to be registered: 8696-2588 or 8696-2581; 0956-4418933 and 0960-8570933.
They can also send an email to [email protected] if they still have questions regarding the vaccination for the elderly of Cainta.
Nieto earlier told Manila Bulletin that the town government has inoculated 2,696 frontliners and is now looking forward for the vaccination of the senior citizens as soon as the vaccines become available.
