Mayor Weslie “WES” Gatchalian and Vice Mayor Lorie Natividad-Borja led the ribbon-cutting ceremony and unveiled the parks' markers.

Both parks are open to the public daily from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m.

According to the city’s Public Information Office, the two recreational spaces are a joint project between the Valenzuela LGU and MPTC NLEX Corporation.

The initiative aims to reclaim empty spaces under the NLEX Harbor Link and transform them into functional areas where residents can engage in physical activities such as skateboarding and cycling.

It also provides a dedicated space for pet owners to spend quality time with their pets.
