For the 71-year-old FFCCCII, deeply embedded in the Philippines' fabric, Lim's leadership amplifies their mission of uplifting lives. Building on the work of his predecessor, Dr. Cecilio Pedro, Lim inherits an organization navigating global challenges and digital transformation. Delegates expressed confidence in his ability to bridge tradition and progress, as noted by one young business leader.
