TCL Electronics marked its 25th anniversary in the Philippines with a grand celebration at Okada Manila, unveiling innovations under the theme “Legendary Moment, Timeless Greatness.” The event underscored TCL’s long-standing commitment to delivering smart, sustainable technology tailored for Filipino households.
A global leader in consumer electronics, TCL is now recognized as the Triple Global Top 1 TV Brand in Mini-LED, Google TV, and Ultra-Large Screen TVs (85 inches and above), according to OMDIA 2024.
Griffin Zhang, General Manager of TCL Asia Pacific, praised the company’s achievements in the local market, noting TCL's top market share in both TV and air conditioner sales in the Philippines. “In the past, TCL has achieved remarkable results in the Philippine market. Our TV and AC sales both hold the number 1 market share in sales volume and have become trusted brands among consumers. The Ref & WM category has also maintained a rapid growth trend, with a constantly expanding market share. These achievements are inseparable from the efforts and support of every partner. Looking ahead, TCL will continue to uphold the principle of ‘Technology Creates A Better Life’, constantly innovate and improve product quality and service levels. We hope to work collectively with all the partners to explore the Philippine market and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results,” Zhang said.
TCL Philippines CEO Peter Chen emphasized innovation and sustainability as core values, “Being innovative has always been in TCL’s DNA. We are not a follower, but a trailblazer. For us, innovation is to go beyond our limits and develop cutting-edge, sustainable technologies. For us, being fashionable is to create a diverse sensory experience through the combination of technology and art. Lastly, premium refers to our ongoing exploration of aesthetic philosophy. We believe there’s a power that keeps us going on the path to upgrading TCL’s brand value. Let’s work together, progress together, and prosper together.”
A key highlight of the celebration was the unveiling of TCL’s 2025 product lineup. Among the standout launches was the TCL X11K QD-MiniLED TV, introduced by Charlie Huang, which promises unparalleled image quality through advanced display technology. This was followed by the award-winning TCL FreshIn 3.0 Air Conditioner, presented by Bert Cheung, which features smart climate control, advanced filtration, and voice command capabilities for a more comfortable and energy-efficient home environment. The product showcase also included the Super Drum Combo+ C682 Front Load Washer and Dryer, along with the AAT Inverter+ C436BMSB Refrigerator, introduced by Eric Li. Both appliances were designed to deliver improved efficiency and seamless integration into today’s smart homes.

Filipino pole vault star EJ Obiena, currently ranked World No. 4, graced the event as one of TCL’s ambassadors. He expressed pride in representing a brand that shares his passion for striving toward greatness.
