P340K shabu seized in Pasay buy-bust ops

A high value individual (HVI) and his accomplice wanted for illegal drugs were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Southern Police District (SPD) on Sunday, March 16 in Pasay City.

The SPD identified the suspects as alias “Jero," 27, listed as a HVI, and alias "John," 32, a food delivery rider.

They were arrested at around 10:50 p.m. along Isidro Street in Barangay 123.

Confiscated from the two were illegal drugs worth P340,000 and a .45 caliber pistol with ammunition.

The arrested suspects are currently under the custody of the Pasay City Police while charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (RA 9165), Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act (RA 10591), and Omnibus Election Code are being prepared against them.
