Babae Ako Party-list has expressed its commitment to champion women's issues in the House of Representatives as its first nominee, Rossel "Shantal D." Dimayuga, gathered members of the media and discussed the party's advocacies and platforms.
In a meet and greet with the press, Dimayuga shared her vision and plans for empowering women across the nation.

She also discussed the Babae Ako Party-list’s mission to create sustainable programs that address women’s health, economic independence, and protection from violence.
Other topics discussed also included gender equality in the workplace, combating domestic violence and ensuring access to education and healthcare for women in underserve communities.
Dimayuga expressed her gratitude to the media for their attendance and ongoing support, and emphasized the critical role it plays in amplifying the party-list’s message and advocacy.
“Your presence here means a lot to us. It allows us to share our plans and programs with a wider audience, and together, we can bring real change for women,” she said.
