The lights will be low and the sake cold. On May 23, for one night only, the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila will become a small piece of Japan — full of flavor, sound, and spirit.
This is Sake Manila 2025 — the Philippines’ premier celebration of Japanese beverages and culture — returning for its second year at Okada Manila, the five-star resort and casino in the heart of Entertainment City. Doors open in the evening, and the night moves fast. Don’t arrive late.
Inside, more than 200 premium labels from Japan will be waiting — sake, shochu, whisky, gin, wine, beer. They come from master brewers and distillers, people who’ve made drink their life. You’ll meet them. They’ll pour you something they’re proud of.
There will be the Tuna Parade, a spectacle in steel and skill, where chefs carve a whole tuna with ceremony and grace. There will be Taiko drums — loud, fast, thunder in your chest. And the Koto, its strings soft as wind over water. A DJ will turn it up as the night deepens.

It’s a full immersion — drink, culture, conversation. Newcomers and collectors, professionals and the curious, all standing together, glass in hand.
Raffle prizes will be drawn from sponsors. You might walk away with something unexpected. But what you’ll really remember is the taste of the first sip and the hum in your bones when the drums start.
Tickets are limited and must be reserved ahead of time at www.sakemanila.ph. This isn’t a walk-in affair. If you want in, book early.

Okada Manila sits along New Seaside Drive, Entertainment City, Parañaque — a place built for nights like this, with luxury and spectacle stitched into every corner.
Come for the culture. Stay for the craftsmanship. Leave a little changed.
