"The last performance before I enlisted in the military two years ago was Coldplay's performance. And my first concert was also a Coldplay performance,” said Jin, Korean media reported.

Coldplay co-wrote “The Astronaut.” Jin was a special guest at Coldplay’s concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2022.

Jin bowed deeply to Martin, and Martin returned the bow in the same posture. Fans were delighted to see the reunion after two years and six months.

“Thank you Jin, thank you Seoul - these are moments we’ll never forget,” Coldplay posted on X.

Coldplay started their six-show concert in Korea on April 16. They will hold more concerts on April 22, 24 and 25.

They plan to meet a total of 300,000 audiences over six days, with 50,000 people attending each performance, according to a news report.
