Pasay cops nab 3 wanted persons for acts of lasciviousness

A barangay watchman and two others accused of lascivious acts were arrested in separate operations conducted by members of the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section.

 

Pasay City Police Chief Col. Joselito De Sesto identified the suspects as alias “Fernando,” 59; alias “Chris,” 53 and alias “Rudy,” 64, a barangay watchman.

 

De Sesto said Fernando and Chris, the city’s most wanted individuals, were arrested for lascivious conduct under Section 5(b), Article III of Republic Act 7610.

 

He said Fernando was first arrested at around 1:30 p.m. on Tramo St., Barangay 64, followed by Chris, who was arrested at around 2:15 p.m. at the corner of Taft Avenue and Buendia in Barangay 45, Pasay City.

 

The city police chief said both suspects were arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest issued by Judge Jehan B. Sampao-Hassiman, of Pasay City Family Court Branch 11, Pasay City on January 30, 2025, with a recommended bail of P200,000 each.

Brangay watchman Rudy who was also facing criminal charges for acts of lasciviousness was arrested at around 3:10 p.m. on Tramo St., Barangay 64, Pasay City.  

 

Hassiman issued an order for the arrest of Rudy on Feb.14 and recommended a bail of P200,000.
