Food chain, Andok’s, is launching a program to provide Hero motorcycles as part of its incentive and support package to its employees. Andok’s recently signed an agreement with Terrafirma Motors Corporation (TMC-Hero), the assembler and distributor of Hero motorcycles in the Philippines, for the supply of 10,000 units in 2025. This initiative is intended to reward and empower its extensive workforce with over 9,000 employees and an additional 6,000 contractors from affiliate companies.
Employee empowerment
Through this initiative, Andok’s employees and contractors will gain access to exclusive financing support to purchase any of Hero’s motorcycles, making it easier for them to own a dependable vehicle. The program is designed to enhance employee mobility and productivity, especially for roles that require travel or fieldwork. It will also provide a cost-effective solution for daily commuting needs. Finally, it’s hoped to foster a sense of reward and recognition among the workforce.
“At Andok’s, we are committed to the well-being and growth of our people,” said Maverick Javier, Executive Vice President of Andok’s Litson Corporation. “By partnering with TMC-Hero, we’re giving our employees not just a mode of transportation but a tool for achieving greater personal and professional success.”
TMC-Hero locally assembles and offers models like the Xoom 110, Hunk 160R 4V, and its flagship model, Xpulse 200 4V. These motorcycles and scooters are not only affordable but also engineered for performance and durability, qualities aligned with Andok’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Andok’s in this transformative program,” said Felix J. Mabilog, Jr., President, TMC-Hero. “Our motorcycles are designed to empower individuals and improve their quality of life. We believe this partnership will create a lasting impact for Andok’s employees and contractors.”
This initiative represents a significant step toward redefining employee incentives in the Philippines. By combining mobility with financial accessibility, Andok’s aims to set a new benchmark for corporate responsibility and workforce engagement.
Employees will be able to choose from a range of Hero motorcycle models and benefit from tailored financing plans supported by Andok’s and its partners.
