BLACKPINK member Rosé and Bruno Mars’ catchy and viral hit song “APT.” has joined Spotify's Billions Club.
“APT.,” released on Oct. 18 last year, reached one billion streams on Spotify on Jan. 30.
Rosé made the announcement on her Instagram account, saying, “Thank you Number Ones & Hooligans for 1 billion streams on Spotify.”

“APT.” is now on Spotify’s Billions Club playlist.
The song also rose to No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, the highest for a female K-pop singer. It is also No. 2 on UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100 for three consecutive weeks.

“The Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the United States,” according to Billboard.
“APT.” ruled the chart with “111.5 million streams (down 7% week-over-week) and 10,000 sold (down 11%) outside the U.S. Jan. 17-23.”
