Police said a male KOJC member died due to heart attack while enforcing the warrant.

This was the second time that  police tried to serve the document. The first was in June.

A lane  was closed to traffic as raiding units occupied the northbound lane of the national highway.

Police led by Police Regional Office-11 chief Police Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre II in riot gear were stationed at the front of the KOJC compound.
