Here’s how to apply for UPCAT 2025

Submit your forms until May 15, 2024


The University of the Philippines (UP) is now accepting applications for the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) for academic year 2025 to 2026.

The university's admissions office stated on April 15 that students applying must be in Grade 12 when they take the UPCAT.

Applicants who will take the UPCAT on August 10 and August 11 should submit their personal details and program preferences using Form 1 by May 15 via the official website at https://upcat2025online.up.edu.ph/

“Schools must fill out and confirm their students in the Form 2A portal from April 15 to May 22, for the applicants to be released their test permit in July,” UP said.

After taking the UPCAT, applicants are advised to revisit the portal to submit their grades from Grades 8 to 11 in Form 2B portal and submit a hard copy of their SF-10 or permanent school records to the Office of Admissions at UP Diliman.

The UPCAT includes four parts: Language Proficiency (English and Filipino), Science, Mathematics and Reading Comprehension (English and Filipino).

Applicants are chosen according their overall performance in the UPCAT scores and their final grades from Grades 8 to 11.
