Queen of All Media Kris Aquino penned an emotional message to her sons and sisters "just in case this is my last birthday."

Celebrating her birthday on Valentine's Day, Kris thanked her sons Joshua, Bimby and sisters for their love and generosity.

"Just in case this is the last birthday I get to celebrate here on earth, thank you, kuya & bimb, for the most precious privilege of being chosen to be your mom. Thank you to my sisters for their love & generosity," wrote Kris.

She also thanked her very close circle of cousins and friends. "Thank you to all of you for making all my childhood dreams come true."

Kris, who turned 53, also asked for prayers for some of her loved ones who are also battling very difficult illnesses.

"Pa birthday n’yo na please - I have a few loved ones and dear friends battling very difficult illnesses as well. Please pray for them, too," she also wrote.

Kris believes that it is important to disclose the truth about her health condition.

"I have always believed in sharing the truth no matter how painful it is with all of you. Why? Because sinamahan nyo ako sa laban. Sana wag tayong sumuko sa ating pananampalataya na nakikinig ang Diyos sa mga Dasal ng buo ang tiwala sa Kanya," she added.

Also on Feb. 14, Kris gave a live interview from California on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on GMA Network and shared an update on her health.

Kris revealed that her battle with multiple autoimmune conditions has made little progress since 2022 due to medication limitations.

"I refuse to die. My next chapter is to become a stage mother," Kris said on live television.

"Yes, because of Churg Strauss i now have cardiomyopathy. This means my heart muscles are having trouble pumping blood due to inflammation, and because of that inflammation, it’s exhausting my heart and causing it to begin to fail and ultimately, please pray with me- sana hindi tuluyang sumuko or mag CARDIAC ARREST.

"Please help me pray for my doctors and my nurses so that God will continue to guide them as they try to heal me. I have always believed in sharing the TRUTH no matter how painful it is with all of you. Why? Because sinamahan nyo ako sa laban.
