P3PWD Party-list nominee Rowena Guanzon's commentary on the Bea Alonzo-Dominic Roque break-up has shifted to the background-checking of the ex-fiancé.

This can be gleaned from Guanzon's X posts on Sunday, Feb. 11 wherein she wondered out loud where Roque gets the bulk of his income. After all, Alonzo was the consensus A-side of the BeaDom.

In the middle of all this, Guanzon felt the need to tag another famous Roque--but a non-showbiz one--in former presidential spokesman Harry Roque, as if to spare her followers from any possible confusion on who she was talking about.

"I heard that Bea Alonzo has billions in assets. So it is smart of her family to check on D.Roque. Ano ba daw talaga ang trabaho o business ni D.Roque ? (They're wondering what D.Roque's real work or business is) Not @attyharryroque," she wrote.

"Unsolicited advi[c]e: require D.Roque to show his ITR to Bea's family," added the former Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner.

Harry Roque served as Duterte administration mouthpiece from 2017 to 2018, and again from 2020 to 2021. Before this, he was Kabayan Party-list congressman from 2016 to 2017.

He failed to win a Senate seat during the 2022 national polls, but still mustered an impressive 11,285,713 votes.

Taking this into account, Guanzon's clarification probably wasn't totally unwarranted.
