Karasawa, who claimed to be a lawyer, also made similar threats last September and October and these were also sent in other countries.

Tria assured the people that police, particularly the Bataan Provincial Explosive and Canine Unit (PECU), are on alert and doing everything they can to prevent any harm or damage from these bomb threats.

He also urged public to stay alert amid these bomb threats and avoid spreading rumors or false information that may cause panic and confusion.

Police are still confirming the credibility of the bomb threat and determine appropriate actions to be taken.
