Marcos set to sign 2025 national budget on Dec. 30—Palace


President Marcos is set to sign the proposed P6.352-trillion 2025 national budget on Dec. 30, Malacañang confirmed.

According to Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Cesar Chavez, Marcos is expected to sign the national budget after his engagements for Rizal Day.

"Signing on 30 December 2024 after the Rizal Day events," Chavez told Palace reporters on Tuesday, Dec.24.

The signing of the proposed 2025 national budget was postponed to give way to a review led by the President. It was supposed to be signed on Dec. 20. However, Bersamin announced two days prior the enactment of the budget was rescheduled to a later date.
