Members of the Manila Police District (MPD) arrested the suspect who killed the 43-year-old jeepney barker in Ermita, Manila last November 9.
The suspect was identified as Andy Pengson, a parking attendant and resident of J. Bocobo Street, Barangay 670, Ermita.
Police said they received a report from a concerned citizen that the suspect was seen in Nueva Ecija.
Pengson was arrested on Maharlika Highway in Barangay Master Kikay, Talavera, Nueva Ecija on November 12 by joint operatives of MPD Police Station 5 and District Intel Division, Homicide Section in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
According to the witnesses, the two had a fight because over a customer and parking space.
The suspect walked towards United Nations Avenue after he shot the victim three times.
Police said the suspect may face homicide charges.
