Fans are worried about BamBam, a member of K-pop boy band GOT7, after he made several posts on social media about his mental health.
In one of his Instagram Stories, BamBam posted, “I just want to sleep and don’t wake up so I can finally rest.”
On Sept. 30, he posted on X, “i hope you have good night.”

A fan replied, “Please be okay. Surround yourself with people that want nothing but best for you and makes you happy. Take a step back away from the spotlight if you’re exhausted. Hope you find comfort in us.”
BamBam (แบมแบม, 뱀뱀) replied, “People around me is the reason i'm dying.”
In another post on Instagram Stories, he wrote, “I’ll be gone for good. 2025.”
In a separate post, BamBam posted the lyrics of Justin Bieber’s song “Changes” that seemingly explain to fans what he’s been going through.
He posted:
“Sometimes I can’t close my eyes”
“Sometimes I smile like it's all good
“Even though there's pain underneath it
“I just wanna be the best of me
“Even though sometimes, I forget to breathe
“So that I can be the best for you.”
On Sept. 30, he posted on Instagram, “Don't forget life is yours before is too late.”

During his “Bamesis” showcase tour in Manila last Sept. 8, BamBam told fans that he was feeling more unhappy.
“You know I've been looking forward to perform today a lot because these days I feel like I kind of need this kind of energy. I feel like, you know, the more you grow up, the happy days keep getting less, “ he said.
He added, “The more that I feel happy these days, I'm going to say I feel unhappy more than happy these days. I want to be honest because, you know, you guys are the only people that I can talk to you. You guys are the only people that I can lean to.”
Fans and netizens urged BamBam to take a break to relax and refresh his mind. Some of them wrote:
