Annabelle Rama to daughter-in-law: 'Ikaw ang pinakamagandang kalbo!'

Annabelle Rama took to social media recently to communicate her feelings relating Alexa Uichico-Gutierrez, wife of her son, Elvis.

Alexa has leukemia and Annabelle is quite "affected" by it.

"Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala," she wrote.

She would go on to commend Alexa.

"Ang bait bait mong manugang at sobrang masinop sa asawa at mga anak mo."

She added, "Mahal kita na parang anak ko na. Kaya alam kong gagaling ka."

As to Alexa now sporting a bald pate, she said, "Don't worry nakalbo ka, para sa akin ikaw ang pinaka magandang kalbo!"

Alexa made known her condition via social media early this month.

Her sister in law, actress Ruffa Gutierrez, had asked her followers to "storm the heavens and pray for Alexa's complete healing."

Alexa is in high spirits.

About her deciding to shave her head, she shared, "I was getting emotional seeing all my hair fall in chunks. I was getting mad and wanted to change my emotions quickly. We went for it and decided time for the new look. I feel much happier that we did it."

She added, "Always wanted to try this hairstyle but never had the guts. Now I’m liberated."
