He said the unidentified victims were just dumped in the place as there was no indication that the crime was committed there. Arao said their hands, legs, and faces were wrapped with packing tape and have bruises in their bodies, an indication that they were probably mauled.

Arao said that a lever hose was tied on the victims’ necks, a sign of possible strangulation. However, he could not yet ascertain if it was the cause of their death.

He  said the area was far from houses and no witnesses have surfaced yet. Arao said that the victims were probably from other areas as they have not received any report on missing individuals in Bago City.

Arao said that they have alerted other police stations to help them identify the victims.
