BACOLOD CITY – Two-hundred persons benefitted from the eye and ear screening and consultation organized by the Silay City Police Station in Negros Occidental at Kansilayan Gymnasium in Silay City on Thursday, August 25.
Police Lt. Col. Mark Anthony Darroca, Silay police chief, said that indigent beneficiaries were children aged six to 12 and cataract adult patients.
Beneficiaries were given a pair of glasses and availed themselves of other benefits during the medical mission.
This activity was held in partnership with the Rotary Club of Bacolod North, Rotary Club of Silay, and Eyehear Foundation Inc.
