475 Bench employees join Ben Chan for a fun trip to HK Disneyland

Gathering employees from China, Guam, and other parts of the world to celebrate their 35th anniversary!

It is, indeed, a feat to bring all 475 employees on a trip—more so  abroad. Bench Founder and Chairman Ben Chan, together with his loyal employees spent a few days bonding at one of the most magical places on earth—Hong Kong Disneyland. This year is also the brand's 35th anniversary. 

"Grateful beyond words for the incredible journey with my Bench family. Our 475 loyal employees are the heart of this celebration as we embrace the magic of HK Disneyland. Here's to more dreams fulfilled together," posted Ben Chan on his Instagram account. 

"Nihao! We are also celebrating the dedication of our loyal Bench team from China headed by our Country Manager Ms. Eliza Lagamayo, who’s been with the company for 12 years, and Ms. Zhang Shu Bin, who has been with us for 20 years. Ms Zhang journey from sales crew to store manager, and now an area manager is a shining example of commitment and growth. Your loyalty fuels our success! Xie xie !"

In the same post, Eliza thanked him. "Thank you so so so much, Sir, for bringing all of us to Hong KOng. We are on our way back to China and everyone had the best time. We are bringing with us memories that will inspire us to contribute more to Bench’s success. We are extremely grateful ♥️ and proud. Happy anniversary, our Bench family!"

In another post, he shared photos of some of their most loyal employees, "Silent yet mighty! Being deaf and mute is just a part of their unique journey, and their unwavering dedication and loyalty speak volumes. Cheers to our incredible Bench Prime Team! Thank you, Mark Sampang (10yrs), Louie Dulay (16yrs), and John Ryan Cruz (14yrs) for inspiring us all."
