The Department of Health (DOH) and United Nations (UN) agencies will formally sign a partnership agreement on Monday, Nov. 13 for the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP).
DOH said the event will signify a crucial partnership aimed at addressing malnutrition in the Philippines.
The PMNP uses a multi-sectoral approach to provide a comprehensive package of nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions tailored to the needs of the target population.

The project emphasizes geographic convergence, supply and demand-side interventions, and equity to enhance overall nutrition and health outcomes.
The ceremonial signing reflects the commitment of both the DOH and UN towards improving Filipino nutrition and raising awareness about the project's significance.
