NOW Corporation, NOW Telecom Company, Inc. and Cisco International Limited on Thursday, April 27  disclosed they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deploy 5G technology nationwide.

The collaboration will facilitate NOW’s transformation into a digital service and mobile telecommunications provider enabling the Philippines' 2030 Vision and National Transformation Plan.

Furthermore, it will bring monetizable 5G solutions to the public sector, key enterprise verticals and consumers.

Specifically, it will benefit NOW’s Enterprise customers in the manufacturing, logistics, port operations, banking, and BPO industries.

By leveraging Cisco's solutions as-a-service, NOW can now provide its customers with speed, agility, and scalability to their specific business needs.

The partnership allows NOW access to Cisco's solutions, the latest in connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other advanced technologies.
