A fire hit a residential area in Alvarez-Quiricada, Sta. Cruz, Manila on Wednesday, Feb. 15.

According to the initial report from the Bureau of Fire and Protection, the fire started at around 4: 42 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

It escalated to second alarm at 4:45 p.m, and reached third alarm at 5:10 p.m.

The fire is ongoing as of this posting.
