Adored by diners for its fresh seafood and flavorful Asian-Fusion cuisine, The Orange Bucket (TOB), Pampanga’s leading seafood restaurant chain, has opened its fifth and biggest branch on Thursday, Dec. 8.
Strategically located at the DoubleDragon Plaza in Pasay City, this is the homegrown brand’s second branch in Metro Manila. It first expanded outside the countryside when it inaugurated its Newport City Branch in February 2021.
Last May, the restaurant started trending on social media, quadrupling the business almost overnight. Its impact is undeniable, with hundreds of eager patrons lining up daily to sample the restaurant’s viral specialties. This craze prompted TOB to put up another location in the city.
“This new branch aims to cater to the ever-increasing number of discerning customers from this side of the country,” TOB chief executive officer Mia Caballa said. “We opened a bigger place, which can seat up to 250 guests, so we can provide our diners not only the best food, but also the best ambiance, comfortable dining experience, and top-notch customer service.”
She added that the restaurant is committed to redefining Metro Manila’s dining scene by dishing up fresh, delectable, and premium seafood offerings at an affordable price.
TOB is particularly known for its best-selling The Big Bang Seafood Bucket and Super Tray variants, with varied seafood contents tossed in their signature spice-infused sauce made from imported ingredients from the USA, where the dishes originated.
