Clear skies with a chance of rain showers or thunderstorms may persist over most of the country on Tuesday, Nov. 29, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its weather bulletin on Monday afternoon, Nov. 28, PAGASA said the entire archipelago may experience partly cloudy to cloudy weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Although “generally fair weather” will prevail, the public is advised to be vigilant against possible flooding or landslides during severe thunderstorms, which are often accompanied by sudden heavy rains, lightning, thunder, gusts of wind, and sometimes hail.

Meanwhile, no gale warning was raised on the country's seaboards on Monday, as the sea will be light to moderate.

Small boats and other sea vessels are safe to sail.
