The US government has expressed its solidarity in celebrating the Filipino-American (Fil-Am) History Month this October.
In a Twitter post, the US Embassy in the Philippines said the achievements and excellence of members of the Fil-Am communities "continue to inspire us all."
It also joined US President Joe Biden in celebrating and honoring their contributions to the world.
On October 2, Biden also said he and his wife, First Lady Jill, "are proud to recognize Filipino American History Month and celebrate the innumerable contributions and rich heritage of Filipino Americans across our nation."
"We support, honor, and thank you for all you have done to help fulfill the promise of America for all of us," he added.
