The Bulacan provincial government welcomed the executive officers of the Sejong group of companies from South Korea on Thursday, June 23.
Gov. Daniel Fernando and Vice Governor-elect Alexis Castro, together with Congressman-elect Danilo Domingo, Bulacan State University president Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon, Provincial Administrator Antonia Constantino, and Provincial History, Arts and Culture Tourism Office (PHACTO) head Dr. Eliseo dela Cruz, met with the Korean investors.
Fernando shared that the Bulacan government and the Sejong group of companies will be working together soon to create business opportunities for local entrepreneurs in the province.
The Korean delegates toured the 10 hectares of land at the Bulacan State University (BSU), a 7-hectare property of the Bulacan government in Guiguinto, and 52 hectares of Ramirez properties in Bustos, Bulacan.
In the next meeting, Fernando said the business proposal presentation of the Korean investors will be discussed.
The governor added that they are also looking for foreign trade and tourism projects to showcase the “Tatak Bulacan” products.
