Harry Styles spotted in MCU’s 'Eternals’

Pop music artist Harry Styles formally joins the MCU via the "Eternals."

The Marvel Studios film "Eternals" premiered in the U.S. two weeks ago. And while it still has to be seen here in Manila, bits and pieces about the movie are already reaching us here.

One of those bits is that Marvel Studios has informally announced, by-way-of-movie-appearance, that Harry Styles has joined the MCU.

The former One Direction singer was seen in the end credits of the "Eternals." There, Styles was in the character of Eros, the “brother of Thanos” and “Royal Prince of Titan, a.k.a. Starfox. Eros (Styles) is seen in the Eternals’ ship Domo. His appearance suggests that an "Eternals" sequel is probably forthcoming.

Anyway, Starfox or Eros, as the little brother of Thanos, is “a progeny of the Eternals race. Has enhanced intellect, super strength, speed, and more. (Starfox) can control gravitons which enables him to fly. With access to cosmic energy in his body, like all Eternals, Eros is practically immortal.”

It also said that “Eros’ primary ability is Pleasure Stimulation. The character’s psionic ability enables him to stimulate the brain’s pleasure nodes with a proximity of 25 feet from (him). His stimulation can make individuals feel aroused and ecstatic.” In short, Eros a.k.a. Starfox has the power to make people fall in love with him or with other individuals.

As if Harry Styles recent solo effort as a music artist hasn’t already done that.

Harry Styles' cameo in the Eternals is the second time the singer has acted in a film, the first being on Christopher Nolan’s “Dunkirk.”
