Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country in the next 24 hours.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the southwest monsoon or "habagat" is only affecting the extreme portion of northern Luzon.

However, PAGASA advised the public to continue to be vigilant against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Moreover, no gale warning is in place as slight to moderate sea conditions may prevail across the country.

While no gale warning is in effect, PAGASA still advised seafarers and fisherfolk to remain alert as sea conditions may become rough during severe offshore thunderstorms.
