His passing was announced in a Facebook post by Mayor Toby Tiangco, who also paid him respect.

Natividad was the barangay chairman of North Bay Boulevard South (NBBS) Kaunlaran. Aside from being a public servant, he was also the director of longtime television series "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," among other shows.

"Isa na namang masipag na serbisyo publiko at matapat na katuwang ng pamahalaang lungsod sa paglaban sa pandemya ang nawala sa atin (We have lost another public servant, who had helped us fight against the pandemic)," Tiangco said.

"Kahit na senior citizen na at bahagi ng bulnerableng sektor na may mas mataas na tyansang mahawa ng COVID-19, hindi nagpapigil si Kap. Toto sa pangunguna sa pag-asikaso at pangangalaga sa kanyang mga kabarangay (Even though he's a senior citizen and included in the vulnerable sector, he did not stop serving and taking care of his constituents)," he added.

Tiangco said Natividad was always hands on in reminding his constituents, either in person or through social media, to take care of themselves amid the pandemic.

He added that Natividad is "a great loss" for the whole city. His service is also invaluable.

"Nakikiramay tayo sa kanyang pamilya, kaibigan at lahat ng mahal sa buhay, at sa lahat ng mga taga-NBBS Kaunlaran (We express our condolences to his family, friends and loved ones as well as residents of NBBS Kaunlaran)," Tiangco said.

"Hindi matatawaran ang kanyang paglilingkod, at nawa’y manatili sa atin ang mga aral na kanyang naituro at kabutihan na kanyang nagawa (His service is invaluable. May his wisdom and kindness remain with us)," he added.
