Add these special scents to your vanity table
Like the clothes that you wear and the makeup trends that you try, it is true that the scent of your choice says a lot about you.
Your signature scent, actress Bea Alonzo believes, is a reflection of your taste and style. In a recent vlog, she shared her perfume collection she has built over the years.
“I have always been particular about smelling good even back then when I was still young. How you smell leaves a lasting impression and specific scents are the best triggers of certain memories,” Alonzo said. “I even wear perfume to sleep because I wear perfume not for other people, but for myself.”
So if you’re on a hunt for a signature scent, it's best to start your search with her tried-and-tested classics. Not only could you discover a new favorite, but having a reference point can help you refine your preferences!
Santal 33 by Le Labo
A perfume she’s never shared with anyone—not even friends or colleagues—is her signature scent, Santal 33 by Le Labo. “It has this leathery, musky, earthy tones to it,” the actress said. “It smells like an open fire. This suits my body chemistry the most.”
Rose 31 by Le Labo
Another favorite of hers comes from Le Labo, but this time it’s the Rose 31. “It’s sensual and feminine. I wore this when I was in Macau, when I was awarded as one of the upnext stars,” Alonzo said. “This will forever remind me of that moment.”
Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf
A sweet, floral scent that is undeniably feminine, it’s no wonder that Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf is one of her go-to perfumes. “It’s very sensual so I usually wear this at night whenever I go out with friends or go on a date. It just makes me feel more flirty,” she said.
Alonzo also shared that actor Piolo Pascual once asked her what her perfume was. “We did a show abroad and he asked me. But of course, I didn’t reveal it!” she said about this fave perfume of hers.
