Bake like a pro in this Instagrammable dessert wonderland

For the longest time, baking has been a form of therapy for many Filipinos. It provides them an avenue to release stress. Plus, it has a sweet ending with cakes and other baked goods to nibble on.

This case is no different during the pandemic. With all the craziness happening around the world, many find peace in the kitchen, and others, a source of livelihood during a time of labor crisis.

But if you're in need of a new scenery or perhaps guidance on your confectionery endeavors, this cake wonderland is the one to visit.

Founded by Venus Chi in Hong Kong, cake studio Bakebe PH is ready to welcome novice bakers to its pink and dreamy kitchen in SM Aura Premier, on Nov. 13.

It was first set to open in March of this year. But due to the government-implemented community quarantine, the launch was pushed to a later date.

It is complete with all the tools and ingredients one needs in crafting a fresh-from-the-oven dessert. The cake studio is also equipped with a user-friendly app that gives a step-by-step guide to perfecting their chosen recipe. The menu has a range of Instagrammable plated desserts, from unicorn cakes and macarons to piñata cake, cakes pops, and more.

Much like in other food establishments, Bakebe PH requires its guests to accomplish a health declaration and contract tracing form. They are also expected to wear a face mask and face shield at all times when inside the studio. And to ensure proper physical distancing is observed, there will be designated baking spaces assigned to guests. Advance booking is highly recommended and not that guests from age 15 to 65 will only be allowed to enter.

Bakebe PH is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., from Friday to Sunday.
