LUBUAGAN, Kalinga - Farmers in this town who are members of the Tanglag Community Organization for Unity and Development (TaCOUD) have received several agri-interventions from the Department of Agriculture in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) to boost local food sufficiency amid COVID-19 pandemic.
