Castriciones had visited DAR’s provincial office in Isabela province last week to monitor the accomplishment of land acquisition and distribution targets and the performance of the personnel from the field.

He encouraged agrarian reform program officers to be creative and innovative, and have the motivation, discipline and spirit of teamwork to address critical concerns.

The DAR chief also instructed DAR-Cagayan Valley Regional Director Samuel Solomero to employ strategies that would resolve agrarian issues, especially in the province of Isabela, which has one of the most number of land acquisition and distribution areas.

DAR-Cagayan Valley admitted to focusing on landholdings that were already in advanced stages of land acquisition and distribution in order deliver immediate results.

Castriciones committed his support to help improve the performance of Isabela province, and the entire Cagayan Valley region.

“This cannot be accomplished by one person alone; it should be accomplished by us. All of us,” he told the provincial personnel.
