DINALUPIHAN, Bataan — Personnel of Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Bataan should be lauded for rescuing an ailing boy along the forested areas of this town.

Newly-designated DENR chief Raul Mamac, cited his men called “ LAWIN team of CENRO-Dinalupihan” who extended a helping hand “ by saving an unconscious child who had then experienced dark lips and rigid body in the arms of his worried mother along the forest areas.”

The LAWIN TEAM or Forest rangers were
Rufino David, Jr., Bonifacio Bacala, Brian Mamanao, Errel Canilao, Ernesto delos Santos, Ronald Banaga, Michael Mark Rosal, and Mark Anthony Alisbo.

“Seeing that situation after forest patrolling and NGP assessment within the area of Pinulot, Dinalupihan, Bataan on June 7, 2018, the team did not hesitate to extend their service to the mother and her child by bringing them immediately to the nearest hospital, never leaving the child until he was alright, it was really a public service at its best,” said Mamac.

Mamac was just re-designated last Monday as Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (PENRO) in Bataan.

Mamac and CENRO Meliton I. Vicente Jr.commended their members for soaring high and for a job well done for doing extra efforts, giving new meaning to excellent public service.

The mother was thankful to the team for saving her child.

“PENRO-Bataan is really proud of them for responding immediately to the emergency situation and never getting tired of helping people in need, and setting a good example for other people, Mamac added.
