CAMP GARCIA, Cavite/CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — The number of “tambay” or loiterers, troublemakers, and minors breaking curfew ordinances in Cavite has breached the 1,000 mark; while in Bulacan, majority of the 101 individuals rounded up were found to be teenagers, police said today.
