AT THE RATE the Israelis are pounding Gaza (only 2.1 million inhabitants) in order to pulverize the Hamas terrorists, who killed 1,200 Israelis in a stealthy attack last October 7, there is little to govern in Gaza after the smoke of battle subsides.

Bohol economy surges 7.1% on strong tourism

Citing Philippine Statistics Authority numbers, Bohol Governor Aris Aumentado announced that the Bohol economy hit P171 billion in 2023, mainly through tourism growth. "Revenge travel" increased visitors to close to a million in 2023 to 741,000 as of October, or a strong 313 percent hike from 2022 compared to only 179,781 in 2021. This presented a hefty 7.1 percent GDP growth rate for Bohol in 2023.

When the WHO (World Health Organization) announced that the uninvited visitor Covid-19 went into an (endemic) from the (pandemic) stage- it never suggested that the disease will fade away completely. It's not like what happens to Superman when he swallows an entire Kryptonite.
