2 men gunned down in Quezon

A 44-year-old mechanic and a 33-year-old man were shot dead in Tiaong town, Quezon province on Wednesday, March 19.

Police identified the victims as Ramon, mechanic, and John, 33.

Ramon was eating in front of his house in Barangay San Jose when a man, Elmo, appeared and shot him. The suspect fled.

Police said a love triangle is the motive in the killing.

John was sitting in front of a house in Barangay Cabatang with a friend when a man appeared and shot him.

He sustained multiple bullet wounds and died on the spot.

Police are conducting follow-up investigation on both cases.
